How much does it cost?
The cost is $25 per person plus taxes and fees.
We occasionally run specials for returning customers and Facebook followers.
Are we really locked in a room?
Yes, but don't worry. Each room has a door release button that can be pushed at any time. Each game is also monitored on closed circuit video with audio to communicate with the Game Master at any time.
Do I need a reservation or can I just walk-in?
Reservations are required. We've made it easy for you! Just click "BOOK NOW" anywhere on the website and select the date, time and room you'd like to book.
How do I reserve the entire room for a birthday party or other private celebration?
Just reserve the entire room. You will be allowed the maximum number of people. If you'd like something in the room as an added surprise before your experience begins, please bring it at least 15 minutes ahead of time.
If I only have 2 or 3 people in my group, will we be in a room with strangers?
All of our rooms are private. The only thing we ask is that you book the room
for at least the minimum number of people.
How long does each experience last?
Each experience lasts one hour. All parties should arrive at least 15 minutes before their reservation to get full instructions. You will not be permitted in the room if you arrive late.
There are no refunds or rescheduling for late arrivals.
Do I need to wear anything special?
All of the experiences involve some squatting, kneeling or other movements to search for clues. Please dress comfortably. Each group gets to take a photo at the end, so get ready to say, "Cheese"!
Can children participate?
They certainly can! Children must always be accompanied by an adult and in some cases, more than one adult is required to be present in the room due to the complexity of the room. Our experiences are always kid-friendly and will never feature scary or negative props or images. Our rooms are great for kid's birthday celebrations.
Can I use my phone for clues, to take pictures or to take videos while in the room?
Phones can be used only for photos in front of the logo wall or outside of the front of the building. Using devices for any other reason is prohibited.
What if I need to reschedule?
Please contact us within 24 hours of your original appointment. We will be happy to reschedule your booking for date and time that better suits you. Groups who do not call or who do not show for their reservation will not have the option to reschedule and the booking fee is non-refundable.
Do you give refunds?
Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by management. In the event a refund is approved, the amount per person will be refunded minus processing fees within 3-5 business days.
